• Collaborate with TFN Family Care Workers to develop culturally relevant policies, programs,

• Plan and facilitate community engagement sessions, including focus groups, to assess
needs, gather input and build awareness of child and family services.
• Support the design and implementation of new programs that reflect community priorities
and values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CFS providers to ensure collaboration
and integration of services.
• Engage with external partners on matters related to jurisdiction, data-sharing and service
planning.
• Support the preparation of materials for funding applications and ensure reporting
requirements are met.
• Coordinate the administrative tasks related to funding, program management and overall
project management.
• Coordinating sessions for gathering history of traditional child welfare practices.
• Assist with research on traditional child welfare practices.

• Familiarity with the British Columbia Child, Family and Community Service Act.
